Corse Catamarans is affiliated with the French Sailing Federation to ensure quality nautical training provided by a state-certified instructor.

We offer 5 training programs to take advantage of all the highlights of catamaran sailing in an idyllic setting and paradisiacal mooring places. Our trainers manage to conciliate the program with moments of relaxation on land or at anchor to appreciate all the pleasures of sailing in Corsica. Our instructors will make you progress while sharing their passion for the sea. 

The EASY Package

The EASY PACKAGE 389€ per person it is:

  • A private cabin
  • Food delivered on board with menu ideas already prepared to facilitate the preparation of your meals
  • A complete bedding (top and bottom sheets, pillowcase, blanket, small and large towel, bath mat)
  • FFVoile insurance
  • A sailing passport (certification booklet)
  • Extra charge to be provided by the crew

According to consumption (on board cashier)

  • Fuel + the fuel of the tender : according to consumption on your return
  • Harbour place according to weather conditions or crew's wish
  • Cancellation, assistance and repatriation insurance

For people who wish to learn or relearn the basics of catamaran sailing.

Beginner, Level 1 FFVoile, 6 days

Objectives : Discovery of catamaran navigation, sailing culture and nautical environment. Introduction to basic maneuvers and safety.

Topics covered : Presentation of the boat, safety points, navigation with crews at all speed, maneuvers in port, choice of anchorage, introduction to charts and maps, nautical culture and more!

For people who already know the basics of catamaran sailing or who are autonomous in monohull sailing and who wish to consolidate their basics and move towards a crew level.

Level 2 FFVoile, 6 days

Objective : Acquire the minimum skills required to approach autonomy in sailing a cruising catamaran during coastal navigation in light to moderate winds.

Topics addressed : Preparation and follow up of a crewed navigation, night navigation, adjustment of the sail plan, anchoring techniques, mooring, manoeuvers and emergency procedures, recovery of man overboard.

Intended for people who already have an increased knowledge of catamaran navigation and wish to acquire a confirmed level of crew member.

Level 3 FFVoile – 7 days

Objective : To become an autonomous team member, know how to define a practical area in view of the weather conditions. Acquire perfect autonomy in terms of safety and manoeuvres techniques.

Topics covered: Adapting the rules according to the speed and the wind/sea, occupying each position during manoeuvres, knowing where you are on the map and on the water, knowing the alert and signaling procedures, choosing an area of navigation according to the dangers and the weather.

Level 4 FFVoile, 7 days

Objective :To master in perfect autonomy the different aspects of catamaran navigation. Be able to navigate efficiently and responsibly. Ensure the safety of his crew and his boat.

Topics covered : Organisation of a cruise, command of the boat, technical monitoring of the ship, managing the energy on board, settings of instruments and navigation software, long navigations, guaranteeing the safety of the boat and his crew, management of a crew.
